• Create a centralized organization for sports and other recreational activities for the region
• Develop strong communication avenues to get information to the public in a timely manner
• Create partnerships with the schools, park boards, cities, existing sports groups, ministerial alliances, and other organizations that will strengthen the program’s effectiveness
• Create a funding plan that allows us to develop our organization towards a sustainable future
• Develop volunteer positions to ensure quality programming and to support retention of our volunteer staff
• Partner with the Park Board to create practice scheduling to help with proper field management, and to maintain good relationships between the different sports leagues
• Build consistent and dependable programs that will foster quality experiences for youth and adults
• Promote healthy lifestyles through our various activities
